One of the key amenities of Pennzoil Place is the availability of parking at three locations: a surface lot known as Block 142, the Walker@Main garage with tunnel access between the garage and building, and the underground Executive Parking garage. The Walker @ Main garage is location just 1.5 blocks away and the Block 142 surface lot is one block south of the building. The published rates are shown below.
