One of the key amenities of Pennzoil Place is the availability of parking at three locations: a surface lot known as Block 142, the Walker@Main garage with tunnel access between the garage and building, and the underground Executive Parking garage below Pennzoil Place. The Pennzoil Place garage now has an EV Charger available for Tenant use on level P1. The Walker@Main garage is located just 1.5 blocks away at 911 Walker and accessible through the downtown tunnel system. The Block 142 surface lot is only one block south of the building at 915 Louisiana with entrances on both Louisiana and Milam. The published parking rates are shown below.
